I spent a month in Vietnam on vacation this past winter and let me tell you -- what you eat here is just as good as if you flew 20+ hours to Ho Chi Minh. In fact, I found my H1 glass noodle bowl with crab, pork, & shrimp to be better than a lot of what I found over in Vietnam.
These folks nail it.
You're seated pretty much immediately and your order is taken almost as immediately, too. Less than 5 minutes after ordering, we had our bowls. We got there at 8:25 and were gone by 8:55 just before closing, very, very satisfied with our experience.
They give you more than enough bean sprouts, limes, and greens to add to your bowls and there's a gargantuan bottle of Sriracha at your table if you're like me and want to ignite your bowl experience.
All in all, between two people, we spent under $20. And were so happy with ourselves for having sought these folks out during our brief antiquing trip to OKC from Texas. -

My favorite pho place in OKC.
Lots of seating and quick service! I always forget that it is cash only, so come prepared.
My go to is the P1 add quail eggs. Ask for chili oil too! It's the best cure after a late night.
If you're looking for a good bowl of pho like your mom makes, eat here! -

Parking is difficult because this place is so popular! So, a good problem to have.
The food is prepared quickly and you'll be seated quickly too. They turn around tables really quickly. I do recommend their spring rolls as it balances out the heavy soup from the pho (if you're ordering pho). They provide a lot of meat in their pho and their soup is really satisfying. I'm used to adding cilantro in my soup, and having white onions. So, I had to ask for that separately. They don't charge you but it's not part of the norm, I guess.
Just choose your favorite meat types. The broth is pretty much the same, so there's really not "the better pho." It's all up to your taste bud. -

This used to be a traditional Vietnamese restaurant, the flavor of food has been going down a lot for the past years.
Pro: easy off 23rd
Cons: CASH ONLY!! -

The go to spot for pho. Owners are extremely friendly and the pho is top notch. Been going here for over 5 years now and I've never had a terrible experience. Food always comes out quick and hot! Perfect for a rainy day, when you have a cold, or when you're just hungry!
